Tiffani Melcer, MBA

Hey there, good people! My name is Tiffani ​Melcer and I am the CEO of The Javen Venue. I ​have dreamed of owning my own event space ​since I was in college and I vowed to myself ​that one day I would make that dream a reality. ​Now, I am doing just that.


Growing up in a big family and surrounded by ​good friends, there was always a reason to ​gather and celebrate. I loved the planning of ​events, but most of all I enjoyed how all the ​different parts came together in a great ​location.


My inspiration in the name comes from my son ​that has passed on. I dedicate this business and ​it’s success to his memory and my family.
